Optum’s Latest Statement (March 17, 2022): The combination of Optum and Change Healthcare will benefit the entire health system by increasing efficiency and reducing friction, resulting in lower costs and a better experience for patients, payers and providers. Our response to the Department of Justice, which we filed with the court, makes clear the Department’s perspective on this combination is wrong.
