We build relationships to deliver client value
Our partners include small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, historically underutilized business (HUB) zone small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
We help small businesses develop and grow
Optum Serve is proud to support an active mentor-protégé program to assist other small businesses in their development and growth.
Through our business stability, mature processes, highly technical employee base and financial strength, we are committed to developing long-term relationships with small businesses based on mutual trust, respect, perseverance and continuous communication.
We advocate for our partners
The Optum Serve Small Business Liaison Office serves as an advocate for our small business partners, and as the Optum Serve representative to the small business community.
Our ideal partner will have the following characteristics:
- Unique capabilities that are needed for an opportunity
- In good standing and known to the federal agency customer
- Citable past performance with specific federal agencies
- Financially stable
- Able to receive set-aside contracts
Let’s work together to improve health care
If your company is interested in working with us to achieve that goal and would like to join the Optum Serve Partner Network or participate in our mentor-protégé program, please sign up or contact us for more details.
